Death Mode is the ultimate challenge in Superbox Siege Defense. Fifteen waves of unpredictable enemies, Supreme Sniper Boxes, and a Titan Scientist Box finale test every skill you learned from Normal through Nightmare. One life. No respawns. Clear it to unlock Upgraded Titan Tesla and earn 3,000 Points — the highest single-run Point reward in the game.

Death Mode Enemies

Supreme Sniper Boxes attack from extreme range with lethal accuracy. Counter with constant movement and Laser Gun focus fire. Random enemy compositions each wave prevent memorization — adaptability beats rigid strategies. The final wave spawns Titan Scientist Box with Ultra G-Box support, requiring coordinated burst during stun windows.

Recommended Loadout

Character: Thunderman (map-wide stun) or Upgraded Titan Telescope (Game Pass). Backup: Titan Teslaman for guaranteed stun. Weapon: Laser Gun mandatory. Items: Resurrection Ray if available. Team of 3–4 coordinated players strongly recommended for first clear.

One Life Rule

Unlike Siege modes where deaths are recoverable with revives, Death Mode ends on first death. Position conservatively, never face-tank Supreme Snipers, and save stun abilities for boss phases. Revival Cannon cannot save you from the one-life rule — it only helps teammates in other modes.

After Death Clear

Upgraded Titan Tesla joins your roster — S-tier with auto-tracking AOE. Spend 3,000 Points on remaining character unlocks. Death Mode becomes farmable for veterans with the new Titan. See beat Death Mode guide and best Tier 3 units.
